The bank will be utilizing the full IT Financial Governance and Technology Chargeback solution from ComSci in an effort to improve their IT expense reporting flexibility and transparency. Among the services ComSci will chargeback for the bank are mainframe, distributed services, desktop support services, telecommunications and software application development, all through the exciting new tool, BillBrowser. ComSci’s BillBrowser application allows business unit managers within the client’s company to clearly view all IT costs on one integrated reporting tool, accessed through the internet.
BillBrowser will collect and aggregate all telecommunications expenses and IT consumption data. Its user friendly format and clearly defined cost delineation will allow business unit managers, IT managers, individual users and senior executives to better understand and manage the consumption of IT resources and expenses.
Robert Bracco, vice president of client services at ComSci, said: We have become an extension of the bank’s IT finance organization, and as their unique chargeback needs mature we will adapt and modify our solution to meet those requirements.
