MAI BASIC FOUR TO SELL SHAREHOLDING OR THE ENTIRE COMPANY

MAI Basic Four Inc, Tustin, California, which in April announced that its two biggest shareholders, Bennett LeBow and William Weksel, wanted to dump their combined 42% shareholding, says that it is in talks with several parties, not identified, for the sale either of the shareholdings, or of the entire company; LeBow family trusts control another 17% of the shares of the business computer manufacturer.
