MAI BASIC FOUR GOES BACK TO COURT

MAI Basic Four Inc, rebuffed last month when it asked the Delaware court to overturn Prime Computer Inc’s poison pill and other anti-takeover defences, has gone back to the court and asked it to look at the issues again, saying that many things have changed since December.
