Bellwave said it will use Macromedia’s Flash Lite development toolset to build the user interface for future products. Bellwave handsets with Flash Lite 1.1 support will target European and Chinese markets, according to the company.

He said his company plans to make use of the latest features of Flash Lite including network connectivity, improved audio support, and APIs to integrate Macromedia Flash content with phone functionality. Flash Lite is a version of Flash Player designed for mobile phones.
