Macmillan Cancer Support has selected SDL’s consolidated, content control platform – Tridion – to maintain clarity and consistency of patient information across all client touchpoints, be it the website, brochure or factsheet.

SDL, a provider of Global Information Management offerings, claims Tridion will allow Macmillan Cancer Support to quickly generate, update or re-use written content and information in easy-to-use templates for the audiences.

Using the SDL offering, the charity can consistently communicate and engage with its audiences – ensuring that the tone of voice, messaging and information is always relevant and personalized and up to date.

Macmillan Cancer Support Information Development manager Anna Leibowitz said it was a challenge to ensure consistent, current information across all of their channels.
