Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (LWCC) set up the software to allow its agents to upload data directly from their agency management system to LWCC’s agency portal where they receive a real-time quote for a policy. The company hopes that this will speed up the process by eliminating underwriter involvement and improving costs and errors.

After an extensive analysis of multiple vendors’ capabilities, AgencyPort’s products stood out as a complete solution that would significantly improve our agents’ and underwriters’ productivity while leveraging our existing IT infrastructure.
The system is currently being used by a select group of agents and will be rolled out to LWCC’s entire agency force early in 2005.
