Lotus Development Corp has settled its lawsuit against Boston advertising agency Rossin, Greenberg, Seronick & Hill over the latter’s alleged attempt to seek Microsoft business with the inducement of Lotus product marketing secrets: the agency has agreed to permanent protections for any of Lotus’ confidential information and has also agreed not to solicit or to perform work for entities manufacturing or selling micro software products for 10 months without Lotus’ consent; Rossin, Greeberg also issued a press release apologising to Lotus.
