Lotus Development Corp has finally begun early beta tests of the painfully late 1-2-3 Release 3 spreadsheet: during the next two weeks, about 70 sites US-wide will receive a beta version of 1-2-3, and before the first customer shipments start next quarter, Lotus looks for more than 5,000 testers and evaluators to get involved.
