The London Business Group, part of the London Business School, has established a relationship with Bournemouth-based Challace Ltd. Challace was established in 1984 to provide sales training for companies in the high technology market and its client list includes Victor UK, Convergent Technologies and Apricot Computers. Both the general manager Roger Woods, and chairman Dr Richard Horsnell, were involved with the Philips Group for a number of years. The London Business Group currently provides consultancy services to large organisations. Dr Horsnell believes that this marriage of strategists and people who have served their time as implementers is needed in the highly changeable technology market which suffers from a lack of trained and adaptable sales professionals.
