Children that need come-on mice to get them interested in Apple Computer Inc’s Macintosh don’t deserve to be allowed to play with the thing, but in the latest misuse of technology, Fremont, California-based rodent breeder Logitech Inc has come out with an $80 Kidz Mouse, which is mouse-shaped with a pointed nose and has two buttons to stand in for the ears: two buttons? Yes, well, Steve Jobs wisely decreed that the Macintosh mouse would have only one button so that you couldn’t press the wrong one, but a one-eared mouse apparently wouldn’t do for today’s kidz, so both the buttons do the same thing.
