LogiGraphics Inc has merged with its Boulder, Colorado neighbour Renaissance Graphics Inc in a share exchange agreement: LogiGraphics makes graphics hardware and software products for the IBM AT and Renaissance is a marketing company for LogiGraphics’ workstations.
