Logicalis has launched Private Cloud, Infrastructure as a Service, Cooperative Cloud and Cloud Hosting, a new portfolio of cloud offerings and services to support customers on the journey from virtualisation to cloud computing.

Logicalis said that the new cloud offerings are targeted at commercial customers, public sector shared cloud services, and ISVs needing a robust hosting environment.

The new cloud portfolio offers customers: to create their own private cloud using Bespoke On-Site Cloud Service (BOCS); migrate infrastructure to Infrastructure as a Service; leverage hybrid Cooperative Cloud for services; and have applications hosted on Cloud Hosting service.

In addition to the cloud portfolio, the company has expanded its existing range of consultancy services, offering a specific cloud migration and risk assessment (CMRA) option.

Logicalis CTO Simon Daykin said, the new cloud offerings and services are designed to achieve transformational benefits of cloud that customers need to remove polarisation and allow them to draw the line where they see fit.
