Doing a bit of infilling Over There in the US, Logica Plc, London W yesterday announced that it is to pay $3.3m upfront, up to $2m more on achievement of immediate targets, and up to another $7m in performance-related payments between now and 1998, for commercial loan software house Precision Software Corp – all be in cash. The provider of loan syndication and administration software to over 100 banks and finance houses, made $900,000 pre-tax on $1.7m sales last year.
