LOGICA REACHES SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH KRIDEL SECURITIES

Logica Plc has reached a settlement agreement with Kridel Securities Corp on a dispute over payment for services which Kridel claims to have rendered in connection with Logica’s pending acquisition of Data Architects Inc: Logica has paid Kridel $40,000 and agreed to pay an additional $71,000 if the tender offer becomes unconditional.
