London-based systems integrator Logica Plc and Newport, Rhode Island company Early, Cloud & Co have announced a marketing partnership to provide customer contact systems throughout Europe as part of the Tandem Computers Inc’s NonStop Call Centre Programme. Under the deal, Logica will distribute Early, Cloud’s Teleservicing Control System family of products – which is said to enable businesses to integrate a number of applications in one call centre, including in-bound and out-bound calling – on Tandem NonStop computer systems. The products will run on Tandem’s Himalaya parallel servers. The distribution area will cover 13 European countries, including the UK, France, Germany and Sweden.
