Logica, an IT and business services company, will deliver over the next five years software support services and technical maintenance for a new hr-system for Sodexo, a catering services and facility management company.
The outsourcing contract will be based on a SAP platform and is expected to be supported from the Netherlands, Czech Republic and India.
According to Logica, the outsourcing contract is expected to be delivered based on Logica’s blended sourcing model. The model ensures that the right resources and location mix (on-site, on-shore and off-shore) is leveraged to deliver client requirements in the efficient and effective manner.
The Netherlands will deliver the complete project management, functional support and client management to ensure customer intimacy is maintained. Other parts of the contract, including maintenance modules will be supported from Logica’s application centers in the Czech Republic and India, said Logica.
