LOGICA AND PRIME IN CUSTOMER LOYALTY SOFTWARE PACT

UK-based Prime Response Plc has formed a partnership with IT consultancy Logica Plc to attack the international market for database marketing DBM which they expect to grow from $1.5bn to $5.5bn over the next five years. They will be promoting Prime Vantage, a program that runs on top of standard relational databases and can analyze and track marketing programs. With offices in 23 countries, Logica sees Prime’s software as a key ingredient in its efforts to help clients tackle the issue of customer attraction, retention and loyalty. Prime Response had revenues of 6.5m pounds last year and 40 client sites worldwide.
