Logica has reported consolidated revenues of £3.69bn for the fiscal year 2010, a marginal decrease of 1% compared to £3.71bn for the same period last year.

For the fiscal year 2010, the company’s operating profit remained flat at £272m, with an adjusted operating margin of 7.4%.

Basic adjusted EPS decreased by 2% to £12.3 from £12.5 in the previous fiscal year.

Logica said that its outsourcing services revenue was up 10% in 2010, while it registered a decline of 5% in Consulting and Professional Services revenue.

Further, the company’s consulting and professional services book to bill decreased to 105% compared to 108% in FY09.

The company also received contracts worth more than £475m in the first two months of 2011, coupled with 2010 Outsourcing book to bill of 110%, underpin strong Outsourcing backlog.

Logica CEO Andy Green said the client and people focused strategy that they established at the company three years ago has helped them to weather the downturn well.

"The contract wins of recent weeks with the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) in the UK, an important client in the Netherlands and Shell for commercial fleet fuel cards demonstrate our ability to compete successfully on some of the largest deals awarded so far in 2011," Green said.
