Finance and operations staff at Loma Linda University Health Care (LLUHC) use the application to analyze service delivery and billing by a number of business dimensions, including time periods, billing groups, providers, and more. Users are able to interactively analyze and explore the information, including drilling down to the individual patient level. The application integrates data from a number of internal systems including the Intersystems Cache post-relational database. The business intelligence application runs on a Microsoft Windows Server using a Microsoft SQL Server database.
