LITTON INDUSTRIES TO BUY GOULD’S MICROWAVE PRODUCTS DIVISION

Litton Industries is to pay an undisclosed sum in cash for Gould Inc’s 300 employee Microwave Products Division, which makes Gallium Arsenide circuits and other parts for defence in San Jose: it will be added to Litton’s Electronic Devices.
