New York-based Level 8 Systems Inc has announced its FalconMQ middleware enabling Microsoft Corp’s Message Queue Server (Falcon) included in NT 4.0 Enterprise Server to exchange asynchronous messages with applications using IBM Corp MQSeries 2.0 messaging system (CI No 3,239). Level8’s been working with Microsoft on FalconMQ for a year or more that will enable Falcon NT users to communicate with MQSeries on all of its supported platforms. MQSeries adherents such as Candle Corp are expected to pick up the product. Level8 says it will add other products to the line by year-end. It’s initially offering FalconMQ Client and FalconMQ Bridge.
