Level 3 signs new agreement with VoiceOnyx

To provide direct Internet access (DIA) and colocation services

By CBR Staff Writer

Level 3 Communications has signed an agreement with Business First Solutions, doing business as VoiceOnyx, to provide direct Internet access (DIA) and colocation services.

Florida-based VoiceOnyx is a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) business phone company that provides business phone service for small- to medium-sized businesses.

Under the agreement, Level 3 will provide its services that will allow VoiceOnyx to serve its customers through high bandwidth capacity.

Both the DIA and colocation services will enable VoiceOnyx to integrate business continuity planning and disaster recovery offerings for its customers.

VoiceOnyx president and chief technology officer Jonathon Warren said that Level 3 Communications will support the company’s growth and allow it to continue providing businesses in an efficient level of service and quality.
