Lenovo has launched Lenovo Enterprise App Shop, an enterprise app shop that makes mobile app services available for large businesses, which will enable custom management, deployment and publication and volume pricing.
New App Shop will enable corporate users access and use productivity apps on Lenovo tablet or other Android-based tablet.
Lenovo App Shop Manager will allow companies to create their own customised App Shops and IT managers to purchase, license, distribute and manage approved applications for the end user, said the company.
Corporate customers can publish their apps to the end users via the App Shop Manager and IT managers can identify unapproved apps and the same can be alerted to users who have the apps installed for removal.
The App Shop Manager also provides access to the MobiHand marketplace with published volume pricing discounts, said the company.
