Lenovo has announced new leaders for its North America and EMEA divisions.
Aymar de Lencquesaing, currently President of EMEA, has become the new President of Lenovo North America from today. Lencquesaing, a former CEO of Packard-Bell, joined the Chinese smartphone company in 2013 to lead the expansion of the company’s business in the EMEA mobile space.
In addition, former HP executive Eric Cador has joined as the Senior Vice President and President of EMEA, starting 1 May. Cador formally led HP’s PC business in EMEA as Senior Vice President of the Personal System Group, eventually overseeing leadership of printing and personal systems.
The two new appointments will report to Gianfranco Lanci, recently promoted to President and COO of Lenovo. Lenovo has extensively reshuffled its board in recent months.
