Personal technology firm Lenovo in partnership with chip maker Intel released Lenovo LePhone K800 in China, the company’s new smartphone with Intel Inside.
The new smartphone features an Intel 1.6GHz high-performance Intel Atom processor that offers enhanced performance, smart computing experience to mobile users consuming less power.
It also sports a 4.5-inch 720×1,280 IPS display, 1.3MP/8MP front-rear cameras, 400MHz GPU and Intel wireless display technology for steaming video to a compatible HDTV. It adopts Android 2.3.7-based operating system, with 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM.
LePhone K800 also brings support for HSPA+ 21Mbs network with the Intel XMM 6260 platform that provides users with enhanced Internet experience, including fast application responsiveness.
Lenovo’ new release incorporates Intel Hyper Threading technology that will provide multitasking capability to the smartphone to simultaneously run and smoothly switch between several applications.
The low power feature of the Intel 32nm Atom chip helps in reducing power to provide users with long hours of conversation and entertainment. The new release is well suited for technological pioneers and business elites.
