Lenders First Choice launches WebClose

Lenders First Choice, a provider of mortgage closing solutions, has launched LFC WebClose, an interactive closing solution that allows borrowers to close their loans online from anywhere internet access is available.

Unlike traditional closings that require borrowers to travel to an office to sign closing documents, Lenders First Choice (LFC) WebClose enables borrowers to review and approve closing documents securely online.

LFC WebClose enhances the borrower’s closing experience by providing: unlimited closing location options, allowing the borrower to choose where and when to close the loan; online document delivery, allowing the borrower to review documents prior to closing and print/save their closing documents; and multiple signing options, allowing multiple signings from multiple locations during one LFC WebClose session.
