Learmonth & Burchett Management Systems Plc, on its way to a London quotation for its shares (CI No 625), has moved to make itself more attractive with a diversification by the acquisition of office automation specialist InfoTech Consultants Ltd. InfoTech was formed in 1984 and now boasts a blue-chip client list that includes the UK government. As a result of the acquisition, the software engineering specialist will form an office division.
