LAWSUIT AGAINST APPLE COMPUTER

Had to happen, didn’t it? That contemptible breed of US investor that believes it has a divine right to make money on all its holdings has wasted no time in slapping in a lawsuit against Apple Computer Inc for allegedly failing to disclose in a timely manner the fact that it was rather overstuffed with overpriced 1M memory chips, in breach of US securities law (CI No 1,104).
