Gandalf Technologies Inc has been de-listed from Nasdaq as a result of its failure to meet listing requirements. This marks the near last gasp of Gandalf which had the technology side of the company bought by Mitel Corp, for $14.9m (CI No 3,222), leaving only support and services which accounted for 40% of the company’s revenues. Gandalf is still trying to sell the remnants of its business.
