LANDLORD BANDS CELLULAR TELEPHONES

Landlord Roy Dowse has banned cellular telephones from his pub, the Boringdon Arms at Turnchapel, Devon, the Daily Mail reports: one Boringdon customer found it so boring waiting at the back of the crush to be served that he tried to phone his order through to the bar.
