La Capitale is a new customer for Emergis and will be the first insurer to take advantage of Emergis’ integrated multi-benefit Assure Claims product. This product includes not only the adjudication of drug claims, but also the adjudication of dental and extended health claims included in group insurance plans.
The Assure Claims solution makes it possible to process claims, including the management of information pertaining to each sponsor’s group plan, management of claimants’ eligibility, transmission, adjudication, direct payment to healthcare professionals and reimbursement of claims submitted by group plan participants to insurers such as La Capitale.
