The Menlo Park, California-based start-up launched its search engine for developers in early 2006, offering an easy way for developers to hunt down code found in open source repositories, archives, and mailing lists.

Krugle has now added more than 500 projects from Microsoft CodePlex site, comprising over 6.5 million lines of code licensed under both shared source and open source licenses, including Microsoft’s Shared Source Common Language Infrastructure implementation.
