KPMG MANAGERS RESIGN TO FORM NEW COMPANY

The US management team of the strategic services consulting practice of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP has resigned to form a new consulting and systems integration business. The three are Ted Fernandez, national managing partner and member of the US firm’s management committee, Ulysses Knotts, national partner in charge of enterprise integration services and national partner in charge of sales and marketing, and Allan Frank, national partner in charge of enabling technologies, the firm’s chief technology officer and a member of the US firm’s board of directors. Details of their new business will be announced later.
