KNOLL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT OFFERS $14 A SHARE FOR THE REST OF C3

Knoll Capital Management Limited Partnership, with 9.6% of the equity of federal systems integrator C3 Inc, is offering $14 a share for the rest, valuing C3 at some $139m: C3 rejected a $13 a share offer from Knoll last month on grounds that it was conditional on the bidder receiving private information.
