KnoahSoft has released Harmony 3.0 which offers enterprise enhancements including an open reporting architecture, enhanced administrative functions and security support.
The company said that Harmony 3.0 uses advanced encryption, integration and synchronisation with active directory, and enhanced password policy settings with audit trail tracking and reporting.
In addition, Harmony extends its web based plug and play interface and open architecture for reports. The interface runs against native and external data sources, enabling contact centre managers to define reports and templates.
Some of the other features of Harmony 3.0 include administrative and recording enhancements to support diverse installations. It includes redundancy and multi-tenancy to ensure all communications are recorded and partitioned without interruption for multiple environments and is supported by diverse deployment models including remote agents, central contact centres, and branch locations in any combination, the company said.
Harmony also offers deep integrations to Avaya communications manager, Avaya device media, call control (DMCC) for TDM and IP based recording and support for Cisco call manager product deployments.
KnoahSoft has also released online report marketplace through its website that provides users with access to additional report templates to augment the wealth of built-in reports.
