B2B marketing application provider Klaxon has partnered with social business platform Nimble to help UK SMEs better manage their customer relationships.

Nimble is a social business platform that combines relationship management and social engagement into an affordable web-based application.

The SFA/CRM product, Nimble said to integrate contacts, calendar, communications and collaboration to enable marketing professionals to manage the way they see, hear and connect with their company’s business contacts.

Created by Jon Ferrara, the founder of GoldMine, Nimble integrates LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google, email contacts and conversations into one environment, empowering small businesses in socially connected world to attract and retain the right customers, the company said.

Klaxon director Andy Bargery said the company started using Nimble to manage its own contacts and reduce the complexity of managing our social media channels.

"We wanted a holistic view of our prospective customers to help with business development too," Bargery said.

"It didn’t take long to recognise Nimble provides a solution that would benefit our small business clients."
