The casual social games company King.com has announced the launch of Android apps for Bubble Witch Saga and Candy Crush Saga, the two popular Facebook games.

The Android versions will allow the players to have their leaderboards, scores, progress and virtual goods fully synchronised across Facebook.

King.com CEO and co-founder Riccardo Zacconi said that the company is fulfilling a promise to its users who want to play their favorite King.com games whenever and wherever they want.

"King.com is also planning an expansion of its employee base so it can continue to deliver on this promise at a more significant degree. We expect to nearly double the team over the next year," Zacconi added.

The company is a developer of casual social games available for iOS and Android based mobile devices and offers about 150 exclusive games in 12 languages through its website for various global portals, websites and media companies.

The company has also announced plans to nearly double its workforce in 2013.
