Kim Kardashian app Kimoji, breaks the Apple Store just by its sheer size

News: It reportedly clocked 9,000 downloads per millisecond and crashed the Apple store.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has released a new emoji app called Kimoji, which highlights her famous assets including her shapely derriere, temporarily crashed Apple app store due to heavy traffic.

It includes more than 250 emojis representing various aspects of Kim’s life including her engagement ring, to her famous crying face and her infamous Paper magazine style emoji.

The $1.99 app is available for iOS users who can send the cartoon style images to their iMessage, WhatsApp, and Facebook contacts.

The app quickly topped the paid app charts and even caused disruption when users claimed that they were unable to download the app.

The reality show star quickly took to Twitter and said: "Apple, I’m so sorry I broke your App Store,"

"I can’t believe so many people downloaded my KIMOJI app that it affected the entire app store!"

"My Kimoji app will be up and running again soon! They are also working on fixing the search so u can easily find it!"

The app also includes images of shoes, coffee cup, 2015 Rolls Royce Phantom, lipstick, Kim’s lip, a hand with black nail polish, heart sign, and donut.

Kim along with her sisters have had a list of successes in the mobile gaming and app world, as previously her game climbed the top ranking in Google Play following its launch in June 2014 according to the UK Apps & Games Index.

Her sister Kylie Jenner’s app which focuses on makeup tutorials previously topped the iTunes Free Apps chart, surpassing that of her sisters Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner’s app.
