Waltham, Massachusetts-based parallel systems builder Kendall Square Research Corp has suffered another setback with the de-listing of its shares by Nasdaq from its National Market System: the company is requesting reconsideration and expects a response within the week; it intends to demonstrate how it will continue to comply with Nasdaq’s ongoing listing requirements, and will submit the impact of its agreement in principle with its litigious shareholders and its $28m plan for new equity investment.
