Keller Logistics operates more than 400,000 square feet of warehouse space across multiple sites in Ohio. The company is aiming to improve inventory accuracy, employee efficiency and visibility as it replaces paper-based processes with HighJump’s warehouse and yard management software.

Keller Logistics plans to use the system to integrate directly with its customers’ ERP applications to exchange order and inventory information. HighJump says this approach will provide common data for all parties and reduce the time required for customer service personnel to handle inquiries.

The software was also selected by the company to strengthen its ability to help customers meet regulatory requirements. In particular, the company needed robust inventory management capabilities, such as first-in-first-out product rotation and lot tracking to comply with FDA regulations.

Right now, we have zero metrics, and we’re drowning in data entry and information, said Bryan Keller, president, Keller Logistics. We believe HighJump Software will give us a clear picture of our operations, allowing us to work more efficiently and better serve our customers.
