IT consulting firm Keane Inc has acquired New York-based Advanced Solutions Inc, a privately-held applications development firm that specializes in e-commerce, enterprise resource planning integration and supply chain management. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ASI claims to have extensive experience developing applications in Oracle, Java, C++, and other object- oriented tools, as well as in integrating web-based applications with ERP applications such as SAP.
