Kings County Public Health Department has selected Physician’s Trust to transition the Reproductive Health Clinic and Communicable Disease clinics to eClinicalWorks practice management and enterprise business optimizer services.

Physician’s Trust said its team will also implement, train and provide workflow support for Kings County Medical as its move to refine its scheduling, billing, document management and reporting processes with the goal of improving patient flow and accelerating accounts receivables.

According to Physician’s Trust, Kings County is also implementing the eClinicalWorks enterprise business optimizer (eBO) system. This provides the practice with a reporting engine to manage the financial health of the practice through key performance indicator dashboards including financial, clinical and business data.

Physician’s Trust also said that the engine allows for drill down capabilities on dashboards, scheduled actions and reports driven by events. The eBO system is easy to customize and incorporates data, text, graphics and charts.

Kathy Mittleider, supervising public health nurse of Kings County Public Health Department (KCPHD), said: We selected Physician’s Trust because it offered the right combination of strong, local customer service and represent a software solution that provides ease of data input, the ability to input your own schedule, a relational database and flags to alert staff to the status of the waiting room through the office visit screen, to name a few.
