Automated IT systems management software provider Kaseya has introduced new Kaseya Network Monitor (KNM) 4.1 module, which can systematically detect and proactively remediate network IT issues through the integrated Kaseya Framework.
With KNM 4.1 module, managed service providers (MSP) can deliver superior service level management and ensure maximum uptime and user productivity.
The new network module delivers a comprehensive monitoring for networking devices from the service providers such as Cisco, Juniper, HP and others as well as operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac, and Unix.
In addition, KNM offers SNMP, WMI, and the extensible Lua scripting for unsurpassed monitoring as well as the option to use specialty monitors such as HP’s embedded server management.
To help customers enhance service level support, Kaseya is providing its Network Monitor license at no additional charge to monitor the equivalent number of objects covered by the MSP’s Kaseya license.
Kaseya CEO Gerald Blackie said Kaseya has been delivering enterprise-class IT system management products to enable service providers of all sizes to successfully grow a managed services business.
"Today, we’re giving back to our strong base of managed service providers by incorporating this powerful network monitoring solution into the MSP’s core solution. We are confident that it will help our partners to dramatically improving their monitoring effectiveness, increase their business opportunities and extend their customer offering," said Blackie.
