According to ADP, the service will enable Kas Bank to virtually eliminate paper from the proxy voting process, right through from notification to vote execution.

The platform supports multi-language operations and also includes several independent sources of proxy voting research and advice from third party providers that support integration of their material on the platform.

The appointment of ADP’s global proxy voting services is undertaken following a significant, in depth, evaluation process. Kas Bank is confident that ADP is the provider best equipped to complement Kas Bank’s ideals of service excellence within the custody market, said Ronald Buisman, head of custody services, Kas Bank.
