French computer games developer Kalisto Entertainment SA plans to float on the Nouveau Marche small cap exchange in Paris on June 25, following an initial public offering that should raise some FFr42m ($6.7m). Bordeaux-based Kalisto develops games for sale to France’s big publishers such as Infogrames Entertainment and Ubi-Soft. Its games are also present in the US, UK, Germany, China, Hong Kong and Japan. The company is offering 460,000 shares (with a further 69,000 to cover over-allotments) in the IPO, with the price range being 13.1 euros-14.9 euros ($13.73-$15.61). Assuming the final price set for the sale is 14.9 euros, it would value the company at 170.25m euros ($178.25m).
