JYACC’S PROLIFICS ENTERS RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH BULL

By CBR Staff Writer

Jyacc Inc’s Prolifics subsidiary has entered into a reseller agreement with Compagnie des Machines Bull SA, making the software development tools and services company’s products a standard sale list item for Bull sales teams. The agreement applies to Bull offices across the world, bringing Graphics User Interface and web-based transaction applications development capabilities to existing Bull systems. Prolifics says its teaming with Bull, should help it achieve its aim of equal revenue split between domestic and international product sales. In June, West Greenwich, Rhode Island-based Gtech Holdings Corp took a $5m stake in Prolifics, which said it would use the cash to market the new version of its eponymous transactional web application environment (CI No 3,178). The Prolifics technology will enable Bull customers to build new Java and Object-orientated multi tier applications that can be integrated with existing applications and databases.
