Clarifying his ruling of last September, Judge Harold Greene now says that the seven regional Bell operating companies may offer X25 and other data services, voice messaging, audiotext recorded messages and electronic mail, but must not offer electronic Yellow Pages or otherwise initiate or own the data made available on their services.
