JM Baxi & Co, a shipping agency house in India, has selected the freight management system from Kale Consultants, a provider of technology solutions for the travel and transportation industry.
According to Kale, freight management system (FMS) is a web-based application which helps freight forwarders improve their operational efficiency. With the help of the integrated sales CRM module and operations module, each division can get accurate information about their shipments with one point of data entry.
Kale claims that the easy user interface and the industry standard process flow will make it easier for JM Baxi’s staff to get acquainted with the application, thereby improving the process efficiencies and minimizing errors in the process.
