As part of this expansion, Jive is opening offices in Sweden, The Netherlands and Paris and hiring new employees in sales and sales engineering. These new resources will support the increasing demand for Jive’s leading social enterprise platform in organisations across Europe.

Jive Software already works with several large multinational corporations in Europe, including Bupa, Vodafone and Porsche.

Jive’s social collaboration business solutions are helping companies increase employee productivity by up to 15% and drive business value by up to four percent incremental top-line value annually.

Jive will continue to invest in the European region as the rise of businesses requiring collaborative software increases. Last year the company announced more than 70% employee growth in Europe with Jive platforms integrated in companies across the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Russia.

Jive plans to further extend its European reach by offering its platform in eight additional European languages in 2013.

David MacMillan, vice president of EMEA, Jive Software said: "This is a key step in extending Jive’s presence in Europe to support the growing demand for our platform among organizations that wish to benefit from increased productivity delivered by enterprise collaboration tools. In the next year, we will constantly review the need for a larger footprint in Europe and deploy more resources as required."
