Jaspersoft, a provider of the business intelligence (BI) software, has launched Jaspersoft 4, the BI suite designed for web applications. It leverages a new modular user interface (UI) architecture to deliver an environment for building and deploying BI.
Jaspersoft 4 accelerates the process of bringing BI to users by separating the content and presentation layers in line with current web application standards. The new application features a new GUI for rich visual dashboarding and self-service features.
Jaspersoft 4 builds on the open, standards-based architecture of the Jaspersoft BI Suite to provide the BI Builder with the user interface flexibility to quickly deliver BI that drives pervasive user adoption.
The new new suite features consumer web application-style UI, 100% web application architecture, and easy BI web application customisation and integration.
Jaspersoft CEO Brian Gentile said Jaspersoft 4 BI platform is architected from the ground up to enable faster custom-built, web-based BI applications that can make BI more pervasive across the business.
